You are given the rights to use the media in Tridinaut Content Packs(c) that you have acquired from tridinaut.com (or any Tridinaut approved affiliate) in your own game production(s) but you may not redistribute it in whole, part, modified or original form outside of your own game production(s).

II. Any third party that interacts with, or purchases your digital creation(s) does not inherit the right to use content from Tridinaut Content Packs(c) in their own freeware/commercial digital production(s). You are solely granted this license and not the third party that interacts with, or purchases your digital creation(s).

III. In the instance where part, or all of the media in your digital creation(s) is easily accessible by a third party, we suggest that you kindly notify the third party that they have no rights to the use of media from Tridinaut Content Packs(c) in their own freeware/commercial digital creation(s) unless they themselves acquire a license to do so from Tridinaut or Tridinaut approved affiliate.

IV. Tridinaut retains the right to resell the Tridinaut Content Packs(c) at any price to anyone else, or to stop selling it at any time.
